The accommodations arranged by the team were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-managed. The meals provided throughout the trip were also delicious and satisfying, adding to the overall positive experience. "I would like to share my deep disappointment with the recent trip arranged by Krishna Travel. The experience was extremely poorly managed and far from the professional service that was promised. 1. Driver Pramod – The behavior and driving style of the assigned driver, Pramod, was unacceptable. He was consistently rude and arrogant, showing no courtesy towards passengers. Instead of accommodating requests for food or washroom breaks, he repeatedly halted the journey for his own reasons, such as smoking. His driving was rash, careless, and highly unsafe, with a clear lack of focus on the road. As passengers, we felt unsafe and extremely uncomfortable throughout the journey. 2. Trip Captains – Amit & Mohit – The two captains, Amit and Mohit, were supposed to ensure smooth coordination and guidance. Ironically, they seemed completely unaware of the route and overall planning, leaving passengers confused and frustrated. It felt like a ship with captains who didn’t know how to sail or where to go. Their lack of leadership and clarity added to the chaos. Overall, the trip was poorly arranged, mismanaged, and unsafe, which reflects badly on Krishna Travel’s reputation. Such unprofessional behavior from staff and lack of organization is simply unacceptable. I strongly urge you to look into this matter seriously and ensure that no other passengers have to go through such an unpleasant and unsafe experience."
